2. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, shipping address, phone number, and payment information.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship our products only within Mauritius. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
4. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
5. Product Information
We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and features of our products that appear on the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
